1ee reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account termination.

1ee accepts deposits via multiple payment methods available in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other e-Wallet methods listed on the platform. All available payment methods will be displayed on your deposit page at the time of the transaction.
